A friend of mine did it first and did it well. Since then I've only had the courage to read it using an accent once, but I do know that it is pretty universal that everyone loves Skippyjon. I just don't think I'll bring myself to reading it out loud because, yes, I'm concerned that someone may have some negative comments, although the story is charming.
